Thank you for your interest in our next in-person gathering, to be held November 7-10, 2024 at Seabeck Conference Center, in Seabeck, Washington. Check back for our schedule, which will be posted soon!

Here are the steps required for registration, which closes September 30th.

Step 1: Read the Open Circle Network guidelines for in-person gatherings

Step 2: Review the FAQs 

Step 3: Read the facility descriptions for Pines, Firs, and Annex, and look at their housing charts to help inform your room request.

• If you have any questions, concerns, or need financial aid, do not proceed to registration. Email your name, phone number and a good day/time to reach you, with the subject line “Seabeck questions”, so we can help you resolve before you make any travel arrangements or register.
• If this will be your first time attending an in-person gathering, please email us so we can give you a call to welcome you, ensure you understand the guidelines, and answer any questions you have. This is required before you register.

Step 4: Complete this registration form, which includes instructions on payment.
