Mental Health Professionals and Coaches

The Marriage Transformation website maintains a list of professionals who are Bahá'is with a description of their practices.  It lists all kinds of professionals, not just marriage counselors.  This resource page also has some suggestions for finding professionals who are not Baha'i.

Look for the "Professionals Referral List" in the section "Professionals Who Are Bahá'is" in the Resources section of the website.  Important note: the professionals listed have not been vetted nor are they endorsed by OCN.  Each person will need to do their own screening to see if the professional is a fit for them. 

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.   1-800-662-HELP (4357) .  SAMHSA sponsors FindTreatment.gov, the confidential and anonymous resource for persons seeking treatment for mental and substance use disorders in the United States and its territories.
